BARBARA’S STORY
Barbara’s Story illustrates the experience of an older woman (Barbara) as she attends a hospital appointment and is admitted for investigations. The video depicts Barbara’s health deterioration, hospitalisation, community care and eventual death. Much of this film is viewed ‘through Barbara’s eyes’ so as to elicit an empathic and person-centred response.
